Lanai

When Bill Gates of Microsoft said “I DO” on Lanai, the former pineapple island transported itself onto the information highway. On that special day, there was not a room, suite, car, or any way to get to Lanai for Mr. Gates had rented it all for his private party. Lanai has the allure and the solitude of a magical isle where the only footsteps are yours, yet new world class resorts to cater to your every whim!

Opportunities to explore Lana’i`s natural environment, culture and history are around every turn. Hiking up to the island’s highest point — Lanai’hale, at 3,370 feet affords a view of Lana’i and five other islands.

On Lana’i`s rugged north shore accurately named Shipwreck Beach is a paradise which has a well deserved reputation among mariners.
